If you or anyone you know is a healthcare worker in New York State, or a Teacher in NYC, you do not have to get injected to go to work this week, pass it on.
Looking at the calendar for The United States Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit. You will see that two cases are on the agenda for Wednesday September 29th. One is Rachel Maniscalco’s et al on behalf of Education Workers in NYC. The other is We the Patriots USA vs. NY Governor Kathleen Hochul and Howard Zucker, the disgraced former NY Health Commissioner.
Both cases have been granted stays until Wednesday which means that no NYC teachers or NY healthcare workers have to get injected before going to work today.
Please tell everyone and especially your friends in both professions. Repeat, if you or anyone you know is a healthcare worker in New York State, or a Teacher in NYC, you do not have to get injected to go to work this week, pass it on.
Even if these cases lose on Wednesday, lawyers in both cases will be filing emergency briefs with the Supreme Court, which may also stay the ruling until they get a chance to hear the case. In other words, education and health care workers do not have to fear getting fired until the Supreme Court renders a decision or decides not to hear the case. Everyone is being advised not to resign or to take administrative leave, but to work until fired, as under those circumstances, the case for unlawful discrimination is stronger.
There is a rally scheduled today at the Thurgood Marshall Federal Courthouse in Foley Square pictured here. Kick off at 2PM with music, rally and speakers at 4PM with march to Times Square at 6 after Rachel Maniscalco’s speech which is scheduled for Prepare to be there Wednesday as well if at all possible.
