The Charity Motor Club would like to ask people to preregister on their website at www.charitymotorclub.com/clambake so they can get an accurate count for food. Also, please consider bringing a non-perishable item for Feed Our Vets who will be on-site and collecting donations for veterans and families in need.
The Charity Motor Club, formerly the Mohawk Valley Lunch Club, is a 501c (3) charitable organization. It started out as a few car enthusiasts getting together, having lunch, and talking cars. At each lunch meeting or event, part of the lunch fee goes into a fund that, once a year, is dispersed among several local charities. The club has grown to over 200 members from its original few. The lunches and events continue to be held at various local restaurants and venues that have been instrumental in helping the organization grow and raise money for these charities.
