The Red Cross provided financial assistance for necessities such as shelter, food, and clothing to two families: four adults and five children, a 1-year-old, two 2-year-olds, and two 5-year-olds. Volunteers also offered emotional support and comfort kits containing personal care items and stuffed animals for the children.
