Clinton, NY (November 5, 2017): The Kirkland Art Center will be exhibiting the drawings and paintings of artist David Hicks in the Main Gallery from November 5th – December 1st. The opening reception, which includes light refreshments, will take place on Sunday, November 5th from 4:00 – 6:00 pm.
Recent solo exhibitions include the Foundry Arts Center in St. Charles, Missouri, Tennesse Tech University, and the Harrison Center for the Arts Indianapolis.
His depictions include expansive muralistic portraits of society, along with metaphors for inner conflict, inner complexity, and the systems we live by.
Showing in the Galley Gallery are the Mohawk Valley Artists in ‘Fringe’.
