My research leads me to believe that the majority of Democrats and Republicans owe their loyalty to their party, not our country. Even though they swear to support and defend the Constitution of the United States.
They have been talking about health care for months and years, to no avail. One day repeal, one day replace and one day repair. After elections, candidates lose touch with what the constituents expect of them. When they get to Washington they forget about all the promises they made. They betray the American people. This is shameful and a betrayal of the trust!
Why don’t the Democrats and the Republicans approve a bipartisan plan for health care? Health care is a basic need and human right. Forget your party and do something meaningful for the American people. With your partisan bickering, nothing gets done and will destroy our way of life.
The heart of the matter is that Majority leader Mitch McConnell wants to take money from health care and use it for tax breaks for the wealthy. McConnell must step down.
McConnell should look at U. S. Foreign Aid spent in 2016. Israel received $3.10 billion, Afghanistan $1.51 billion, Egypt $1.46 billion, Jordan $1.00 billion, Pakistan $803.8 million, Kenya $630.3 million, Nigeria $607.5 million, Tanzania $590.6 million, Ukraine
$513.5 million, and Uganda $469.1 million.
The only time Democrats and Republicans agree on anything is when they decide to raise the federal debt ceiling. Now our National Debt is rocketing to over $ 20 trillion.
Mr. McConnell, charity starts at home, take care of the needy first. America needs to implement universal healthcare coverage on its 241st anniversary.
We give foreign aid to African nations while China is Africa‘s largest trading partner. China has plowed massive investments in Africa and Latin America. They are building railways, roads, and ports in exchange of raw materials. Now, China has a military base in Djibouti, next to our base and France’s base. Washington needs to come up with a discernible strategy to encounter China where it challenges core U.S. interests.
Washington needs leadership. Apparently, leadership is lacking and rare or it presently does not exist. Once President Trump moved to the White House, he started right knocking the previous president. If Trump cannot find anything good to say about the prior president, he must keep his mouth shut and get to work. The president’s job is to do good while in office and leave a good legacy for future generations.
President Trump should look back at history and emulate prior presidents, such as Jefferson doubled the size of the country; Pierce approved the Gadsden Purchase, Lincoln wrote the Emancipation Proclamation, demanding freedom for slaves. Grant passed the 15th Amendment granting the right to vote for freed Blacks. F. D. Roosevelt launched the Social Security Program, Truman brought NATO, Clinton worked with Congress to pass a balanced budget and reduced the Federal Debt by $600 billion.
By now we know North Korea cannot be tamed. We have tried negotiations, sanctions, and China’s involvement. Nothing has worked. They are rushing to develop a nuclear armed ballistic missile capable of striking the United States. On July 4th this year, they tested their first intercontinental ballistic missile, the Hwasong-14‘s estimated range of about 4,163 miles, could hit targets in Alaska and Hawaii. ·
North Korean leadership insist that say, within one year they will reach the USA. They are continually threatening to incinerate the USA.
Washington what are you waiting for?
The time is right to teach North Korea a lesson. Hurry up and take care of this crisis without consulting China and the Security Council. The Security Council knows everything about North Korea. So, let us teach Kim Jong Un an unforgettable lesson with a force they have never seen and will never see again.
Washington- stop the bickering and start supporting and defending the Constitution. Take care of business without delay. Health care is a basic need. We spend a lot of money on research and development when the research is done and completed they go ahead and sell the technology to either Japan, South Korea or China. Wake up Washington, it is about time to end this practice and show your love for America.
We need Washington to lead and propel the country forward, not backward. God bless America.
