I just made these this morning, and all I can say is: Yum!
Ingredients:1 cup buckwheat flour
1 mashed banana
1 cup or more fresh blueberries
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup or more homemade almond milk½ tsp salt 1 Tbsp. sesame oil Neutral oil for cooking, like sesame oil, or good quality other oil
Method:Mix all ingredients except oil for cooking. Pour onto a heated griddle, at medium heat. Cook until bubbles rise through to the top. Serve with maple syrup or raw honey. Butter is good, too! Makes about six pancakes.
